After only 11 seconds the Under 11’s were 1 goal to the good and never looked back. Tashan Keeling was in amazing form weaving and swerving her way in and out of the best that westbridgeford had to offer. Her ability to follow instructions and hard work in all areas of the pitch not only bagged her 5 beautiful goals but she was instrumental in the final result, both while playing out and when she took up her position in goal for the second half. With only 8 players available all the girls were given extra playing time and each and every one of them showed skill and precision, passing the ball around the pitch creating a lovely game to watch. Siobhan Simms was untroubled in the first half in goal and scored twice during the second half. Rebecca Shelton added to her goal tally for the season with another 4, two in each half. Player of the match, Phoebe Harris, Emma Hodges, Nell Bemrose, Freya Strom and Megan Green played across the entire pitch and built the foundations for the goal scorers to shine today, their hard work and passion to success made it easy for the forward runners to move up towards goal. The hard work the girls have put in during training and the development football they have played over the past few seasons is showing more and more with every game.
