The under 9s were at home to a strong and well organised Bingham side today who we have failed to beat on 2 occasions already this season. But today was a different story, words can't describe how proud I was to be involved with the girls for this game. Doing everything I asked them to do and more. From Brianna Brown in goal who's handling and distribution was brilliant, to Grace McGee, Millie Morley and Poppy Waller who were solid at the back and always looked for the right pass going forward. Then there was Ellie-May Bramley, Dulcie Rhodes and Olivier Saunders who never stopped running helping out going both forward and back. Upfront Kayleigh Street, Isla Newbury ( player of the match). And Josie Soar ran Binghamís defence ragged for the whole game. The 3 goals were scored by Dulcie Rhodes, Kayleigh Street and Isla Newbury. We'll done today girls from one very proud coach.

Under 9s played with confidence today as they welcomed Quarrydale FC to Newstead. A fantastic performance with 5 excellent goals coming through Tia Wheelhouse twisting and turning showing off her skilful play. Good movements came from a number of mini pies, but Ellie May Bramley earned herself player of the match for her endless battling and determination. Well done girls

Another great performance from Notts County under 9s, who took on West Bridgeford colts, County had 13 players turn up today so although there was a lot of chopping and changing the girls were always in control and every one of them played a part in this result, none more so than player of the match Grace Mcgee who was a rock at the back, she didnít miss one tackle throughout the game, Tia Wheelhouse popped up with her customary 2 goals to make it 13 for the season and Isla Newbury also bagged her 6th of season. the final goal and probably most satisfying was scored by Kayleigh Street it was her first goal for the pies after 3 seasons of trying, hopefully thereís now many more to come. well done girls, bring on the reds next week
